Although post cards can be sent via bulk mail, the cost savings is very minimal. On other items, the savings can be an average of 10 cents each.

Each item must have a stamp of sorts in the corner. It should resemble the sample below. It is easiest to have your printer actually print this on your envelope or flier. However, it can also be printed on a label and affixed to the item being mailed.
