It has been nearly 30 years since the community engaged in a broad, scientific survey of businesses and residents to seek their opinions about what is most important to them. The community has seen significant growth and changes in those two decades. The current economic recession, new demographics, and the changing political landscape demanded that we take steps to define and confirm those issues crucial to maintaining and enhancing our quality of life and business success in Johnson County. Only then could we collectively focus on addressing those most important issues and finding appropriate solutions.
