Communitywide Garage Sale Day

Residents can now begin registering for the Community wide Garage Sale Day June 14, 2008.

Registration forms may be picked up at Queen's Price Chopper, Reece Nichols, Steve Wehner and Associates Realtors, 100 W. Nichols, and Casey's General Store, 607 North Webster. Please mail them with a check to Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce, P.O. box 15, Spring Hill, Ks.  66083.  It is not required to register unless you want to be included on the Citywide Garage Sale Map. Registration is $10.  Sales registered by 5 p.m. June 11, will also be listed on the community web page. The map will become available June 13 at Reece & Nichols Wehner and Associates Realtors, Casey’s and Price Chopper.

Each sale will continue to set its own hours of operation. 

The Salvation Army is unable to pick up unsold items this year as it has in the past.   

The Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce organizes the event. To promote the event, the chamber underwrites the cost for its advertising in area papers. Participants are encouraged to place their own advertisements highlighting their specials and should remember to remove all signs once their sale is complete.
