HOME AND BUSINESS EXPO 

May 1, 2010  10:00am-2:00pm

Our 3rd Annual Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce Home & Business Expo is going to take place on May 1, 2010 at the Spring Hill Elementary school located at 300 South Webster. This is an event not to be missed. 

This is a great time to promote your business or come and see what Spring Hill, KS has to offer. There is going to be live entertainment, food, fun for the kids, arts & crafts, and much more. Bring the whole family. Plan your day to visit Spring Hill, KS. 

Some of the events and drawings taking place at the 2010 Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce Home & Business Expo are: 

EVENTS:

Prairie Moon 4-H Singers & Dancers

Barbershop Quartet

Many booth participants are holding workshops, and free screenings.

Many booth participants will also be holding drawings of their own.

Gift Certificates from local businesses

Would like to have your business in this expo, 

here is what you need to know.

Booth Set-Up

Set-up will be , Saturday May 1st, 7:00am. No exhibitors will be allowed to enter the building until then.

Booth Description

Booth size is approximately 10'x10'. Displays requiring special needs (wall area, etc.) must notify the Chamber office with your request. NO BUILDING MODIFICATIONS ALLOWED. 

Booth Removal

Tear down will not be allowed before 2:00 pm on Saturday and must be removed by 5:00pm. 

Electricity:

If your reserve a booth with electrical access, you must provide at least a 25' extension cord for your use. Participants are required to provide their own surge protection. 

Security and Insurance

Participants should NOT leave their booths unattended. The Chamber recommends that you check with your local insurance company concerning your individual coverage. The Chamber and /or Spring Hill School District are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 

Noise Level

Please be considerate of your neighboring booths when using video, music, etc...

 

THE SPRING HILL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IS A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT.
